Eye-Power Smoothies Part 1

Smoothies are a spectacular way to get all the vitamins and nutrients your eyes need in one deliciously drinkable form. They are fun to make too! This week I will be posting a series of Power Smoothies to try.
Pineapple Passion Smoothie
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup light coconut milk or coconut water
3 cups baby spinach
Blend until smooth. Enjoy at once or store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
